Working principle
The working principle of automatic bottled water filling machine
mainly includes the following steps:
Conveying bottle: the empty bottle is conveyed to the appropriate
position of the filling machine by the conveyor belt.
Clean the bottle: Before filling, clean the bottle to ensure that
there are no impurities and residues inside the bottle. The
cleaning process usually consists of two steps: washing and air
drying. Some equipment may use more advanced cleaning technologies,
such as internal and external flushing and return water mechanisms.
Filling mineral water: After cleaning, the filling machine begins
to fill mineral water into the bottle. The filling valve precisely
controls the flow and filling volume of mineral water to ensure
that the level of each bottle meets the set requirements.
Sealing and labeling: After filling, the bottle is sealed and
labeled. Sealing is usually done with hot or cold sealing
technology, while labeling uses a label printer to attach the label
to the bottle. Some devices are also equipped with a magnetic
torque cap screw head to achieve the function of grasping the cap
and screwing the cap, and to ensure a tight and reliable seal.
Output of finished products: the encapsulated mineral water is
transported to the finished product conveyor belt to complete the
entire production process

A6: We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together
with the machines for free, we suggest you buy more units tosave international courier such as DHL, it is really costly.
