Periodic inspection:

rolling filter screen bearing, main bearing of chain barrel
cleaner, etc. If there is any damage or leakage, repair or replace
it in time.

Cleaning and maintenance:
According to the situation of pollutants in seawater, the seawater
desalination membrane is cleaned regularly to remove the dirt and
microorganisms attached to the surface of the membrane.Low
concentration citric acid or special cleaning agent can be used for
cleaning, and the cleaning process provided by the manufacturer
shall be followed.
Check and clean the filter screen and flow channel of the reverse
osmosis membrane system to prevent the decrease of water production
or the increase of pressure drop caused by the blockage of
pollutants or scale.
