Product Description
The reverse osmosis system is mainly composed of a pretreatment
unit, a reverse osmosis unit and an electrical control unit.
Pre-treatment generally includes raw water pump, dosing device,
quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter and
so on. Its main role is to reduce the pollution index of raw water
and residual chlorine and other impurities, to achieve the reverse
osmosis water requirements. The equipment configuration of the
pretreatment system should be based on the specific conditions of
the raw water.
The reverse osmosis unit mainly consists of multi-stage
high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane elements, membrane
shells (pressure vessels), brackets and other components. Its main
role is to remove impurities in the water, so that the water to
meet the requirements of use.
Electrical control unit is used to control the normal operation of
the entire reverse osmosis system. It includes instrument panel,
control panel, all kinds of electrical protection, electrical
control cabinet and so on.

Maintenance
1. Low-pressure flushing reverse osmosis device
Regular flushing of reverse osmosis device with high flow rate, low
pressure and low pH value is conducive to stripping off the dirt
adhering to the membrane surface and maintaining the membrane
performance, or when the SDI of the inlet water of the reverse
osmosis device suddenly rises above 5.5, it should carry out
low-pressure flushing, and start up the device again after the SDI
value has been adjusted to a qualified level.
2. Reverse osmosis device shutdown protection
Due to the fluctuation of production, reverse osmosis device
inevitably often shut down, short-term or long-term shutdown must
be taken to protect the measures, improper disposal will lead to
membrane performance decline and can not be restored.
3. Reverse osmosis membrane chemical cleaning
Under normal operating conditions, reverse osmosis membrane may
also be inorganic scale, colloids, microorganisms, metal oxides and
other contaminants, the deposition of these substances on the
membrane surface will cause a decrease in water purification
equipment reverse osmosis device output or desalination rate,
differential pressure increases, and even the membrane caused by
the irrecoverable damage, therefore, in order to restore good water
permeability and desalination performance, the need for chemical
cleaning of the membrane.
General 3 ~ 12 months cleaning once, if every month had to clean
once, which indicates that the pretreatment system should be
improved, the adjustment of the operating parameters. If 1 ~ 3
months need to be cleaned once, it is necessary to improve the
operation of the equipment, whether the need to improve the
pretreatment system is more difficult to judge.
